TYLER MEDAGLIA FINISHES 5th AT ROUND 9 IN ULVERTON, QUEBEC!
There seems to be nothing that can throw Tyler Medaglia off his game. Weekend after weekend Tyler constantly delivers resutls in the top 5 and is likely one of the most consistent and smooth riders on the track. Once again, Tyler pleased his loyal following of fans by coming away with a top 5 finish. An undeniable desire to do his best drives Tyler to be his own toughest critic. “I rode good but I just didn’t feel too comfortable on the track. By the time I got in my position I maintained the same gap between myself and everyone in front of me, and I wasn’t quite close enough to bridge the gap. I was a little upset that I fell in the first moto because I was riding really well up until that point. I should have had the holeshot in the second moto but I got cut off and I wasn’t comfortable taking any risks on the track, it was a little sketchy. I know what I need to do to improve, and I think in Walton I will be starting in the right place.“
Tyler flew out the very next day after Ulverton to the Budds Creek track in Maryland to test out the new 2016 Husqvarna motorcycles. “Practicing on the 2016 models along side Rockstar Energy riders Jason Anderson, Christophe Pourcel, Zach Osborne, and Martin Davalos, is a great experience, it‘s really neat to compare feedback on the bikes and put down moto’s with those guys, I’m really excited to race the new bikes!“
With only one race left on the Canadian circuit, Tyler plans to put in a strong and solid ride again to maintain his top 5 position in the 2015 Rockstar Energy CMRC Canadian Series.
