Parts Canada is very excited to announce that Brett McCormick is back on our roster of athletes. Known for his speed on the road racing circuits, this season Brett will not be sporting our top of the line road racing apparel, but will be flying the THOR flag, as he battles for the Provincial CMRC Championship in Saskatchewan.

Parts Canada has been a strong supporter of Brett’s road racing career, as he claimed titles such as the 2007 Pro Rookie of the year, and the 2011 Canadian Motorcycle Racer of the year, after claiming the Number 1 plate with his CSBK Superbike Championship. McCormick went on to be the First Canadian to compete in World Superbike for a full season, and he continues to hold all of the Canadian Superbike lap records.

Three years into his engineering degree, Brett has decided to add a Provincial Championship with the CMRC to his list of accomplishments, and in his efforts will be wearing THOR MX, the brand of champions. He also plans to dip his Alpinestars covered toes into the National series with a couple of rounds, and will use his overall 2016 results to set the stage for his plans in 2017.

Laura Lang, Marketing Manager of Parts Canada says “we’re very excited to work with Brett again. Brett has always been such a great advocate for motorcycle racing and overall, a positive role model in our industry. He’s so much fun to work with and has an outstanding level of professionalism”. Laura adds “It will be great to see him back on the MX track -which is where his moto career began- and we look forward to finding out where this will take him in his future of Canadian racing. He’s a perfect fit for THOR MX.”
