FILTER ELEMENT 1012-0253 Fits all Feuling oil tank breather kits • Dyna models require removal of the transmission/oil tank cover • Early FLT models require removal of dipstick housing (new gaskets are supplied) • Not compatible with the Baker + oil pans due to the removal of the oil routing maze baffle • Made in the U.S.A. 1012-0253 0710-0271 0710-0274 • Vented dipstick rebuild kit PART #1012-0254 fits all Feuling vented dipsticks and includes replacement K&N® filter element, rubber umbrella flapper valve, filter element, set screw, 545™ Loctite and zip ties; sold separately • Made in the U.S.A. • See page 1171 of the 2023 Parts Canada FatBook for the entire line of Feuling Vented Dipsticks NOTE: These dipsticks do get hot; use a glove when checking oil level. NOTE: It is important to get the correct hot oil level in your bike. Feuling recommends running the oil level 90%-99% full when hot. NOTE: The oil pick up port is on the right side of the engine. Letting the bike idle or warm up on the kickstand will naturally fill the engine case and skew the oil level in the tank.
