Clearances must be checked when installing this cam. NOTE: Due to the unstable nature of this 4-valve engine design with one rocker arm activating two valve springs, Feuling highly recommends running one-piece pushrods over quick-install adjustable pushrods to maintain maximum cam/valve lift and reduce valvetrain harmonics and associated hydraulic lifter issues. NOTE: Feuling fastener kit PART #2401-0994 also highly recommended to help prevent cylinder head cracking; kit replaces the rocker shaft bolts with studs and nuts to help reduce the stress of the rocker shaft standoffs. NOTE: Not for 2023-2024 models with 121” VVT motors. 618 F CAM • Requires large bore size, ported cylinder heads, ported intake manifold, high flow valves and a large throttle body • Aggressive camshaft requires high lift/high load valve springs, performance pushrods and lifters • High-flow air cleaner and triple stepped exhaust pipe are highly recommended • Feuling also recommends matching this cam with Race Series® oiling system PART #s 0932-0199 or 0932-0218 are in the 2025 Drag Specialties FatBook • 3100 to 6650 rpm range PART # DESCRIPTION 0925-1613 For 17-24 M-Eight HYDRAULIC CAM CHAIN TENSIONER KIT • Allows engine builders to install or replace the hydraulic cam chain system on most 17-24 M-Eight models • Includes outer roller chain PART #0925-0954, 17-tooth crankshaft cam drive sprocket PART #0925-1058, hydraulic cam chain tensioner pad PART #0925-1612 and camshaft sprocket spacing alignment/thrust washer kit PART #0925-0951 • Will also work with a combination of factory, SE or S&S® cam plate systems NOTE: Included camshaft sprocket spacing alignment/thrust washer kit PART #0925-0951 will NOT fit 2023-2024 models with 121” VVT motors.
